Jean, I just found out today about Mike from another one of Mike's GM co-workers.
To me, Mike was a good friend and mentor, almost like an older brother.
We would walk to the cafeteria, grab an ice cream, and talk about anything.
He loved his cars and just being around them, especially fast cars!
He used to look forward to volunteering his time on the track at Belle Isle every year.
I used to look forward to his Christmas card every year, as his was the first one I would receive!
My heart skipped a beat as my stomach fell to the floor when I heard of his passing and I can only wonder how much you miss him.
I will never forget him, and treasure the time we spent at GM.
Jean, may God bless you and watch over you and the family that Mike cherished so much.

Jean, I was so saddened by the loss of Mike. I know longer work at the bank 5/3. Elaine told me of your great loss. Mike and I had many good talks about grandkids and GM. He truly was a great guy. I know how much he loved his family. God bless you and your children.

My Dad and I had a great father-daughter relationship that I will always cherish. He was someone that I admired, looked up to, and amazed at how he was always willing to help everyone no matter where, when, or what...wish I can be half the person that he was. I loved being Daddy's Little Girl and miss him like crazy! Unfortunately we lost a great man, but heaven gained a great angel that is now looking over us everyday. "Dad I see the yellow convertible Corvette in the future...Love Ya!!"

I will always be grateful for the mini-vacation my Dad & I took to Cleveland, Ohio in early December of 2013. We got to visit the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame as well as the "A Christmas Story" house during our stay there. There will now be new memories associated with my favorite Christmas movie each and every year.
