Michael Emile Kovak Jr.

Michael Emile Kovak, Jr., of Macomb, passed away on October 14, 2018 at 74 years of age. Husband of Catherine, loving father of Michael “Mickey” Kovak III, John (Kathy) Kovak, Thomas Kovak, and Barbara (David) Rizk; proud papa of Brooklynn and Brianna Rizk, Alexis Kovak, and Trinity Fox; dear brother of Sandra (Bill) Jamieson, Robert (Gloria) Kovak, Charles (Nancy) Kovak, the late Rose (Jim) Bickford, and the late Ronald (the late Rose Marie) Kovak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.

Michael was born on March 16, 1944 in Detroit to the late Michael E., Sr. and Flora Kovak. He proudly worked as a Steamfitter for Local 636 and received his 50 year service pin.

The family will greet friends for a celebration of Michael’s life from 3:00pm-6:00pm, with a Memorial Service at 5:00pm on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., MI 48035.
