Norman Southlea passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 96. He was the son of the late John and Margaret Southlea. Norman was preceded in death by his wife Helen Hornung Southlea and his second wife Donna Convery Southlea. He is survived by a large happy family of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Norman was a proud World War II Veteran of the United States Air Force. After serving his county, Norman worked for the FBI, a job he took great pride in. Norman then went on to own four Alexander and Hornung meat markets, a family business in Metro Detroit. He had a passion for sports, especially baseball. He even participated in the Senior World Series of Baseball several times.
Funeral services for Norman will be held later this spring.
