Richard Gembinski, age 77, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. He was the loving husband of Christine for 55 wonderful years, devoted father of Marc Gembinski, Stephen Gembinski, and Rebecca (Brad) Olsen, proud grandfather of Justice, Bryant, Jacquelyn (Nathan), Jillian, Terra, and Heidi, and cherished great-grandfather of two.
Richard was the beloved brother of John (Mary) Gembinski and MaryAnn Hornick, and was preceded in death by his dear sister, Donna Duriga and parents John and Helen Gembinski.
He dedicated more than 30 years of his career as a mechanical engineer to Cross Company Fraser and also worked for GM Flint for five years. Known for his strong work ethic and kind spirit, Richard formed lasting friendships wherever he went.
A man of many talents and interests, Richard had a lifelong passion for photography. He loved capturing special moments and the beauty of everyday life through his lens. More than anything, he treasured time spent with his family — sharing laughter, stories, and love that will continue to live on in their hearts.
