He is survived by his 6 children Kevin, Karen, Robert (Lori), Laura (Dave) Perkins, Mike (Mary) and Lisa (Randy) Vander Weitt; his grandchildren Brett, Shaun, Logan, Keegan, Miranda, David, Jeremy, Maria, Bryan, Jacob, Michelle, Olivia, Annalise, Heather, Rachelle and the late Jeffery; great grandchildren Cara, Drew and Amelia; and sister SR. Colleen Hickey.
Richard was a proud army veteran. He was a hardworking man and well known labor arbitrator. He enjoyed watching his "westerns" and sports as often as he could. Richard enjoyed hearing about his families achievements and always has his opinion to share. Richard will be deeply missed.
