Richard John Stefanko

Richard was the beloved husband of Joan Stefanko; loving father of Marie (Robert) Sather, Karen (Thomas) Bolos, the late Timothy Stefanko, Richard Stefanko, and Darlene (Walter) Wasilewski; devoted grandfather of Thomas Brodasky, Anthony Stefanko, Kari Hess, Kayla Bolos, Taylor Bolos, Eric Stefanko, Ryan Stefanko, Allison Stefanko, Olivia Stefanko, Devin Wasilewski, and Kaitlyn Wasilewski; and proud great-grandfather of Briella Brodasky, Mason Hess, Kolton Hess, Elijah Hess, and Katherine Ryan. He was also survived by his faithful pet dog, Bones.

Richard was proud to work at General Motors for over 30 years. In his personal time, he loved playing cards and collecting Native American artifacts. He also loved animals, especially horses.

Visitation Friday, August 4, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary Service at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Road, Clinton Township. In-state Saturday, August 5, from 10:30 a.m. until the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Barnabas Church, 24800 Phlox, Eastpointe. Burial will take place at 9:30 a.m. Monday, August 7, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly.
