Richard was the beloved husband of the late Lois Zaborski; loving father of Denise (Gregory) Czach, Lori Lewand, and the late Mark Zaborski; devoted grandfather of Matthew (Jenifer) Czach, Jennifer (Cheryl) Czach, Burt Lewand, and Harly Lewand; and proud great-grandfather of Lena, Sullivan, and Amelia.
Richard worked in the factory for Chrysler for over 30 years. When home, he loved spending his time with his family. He also enjoyed the company of animals; he loved spending time with his pets. Richard was an active member of AA and helped himself and many other people through his work with AA.
Richard's life will be celebrated by family and friends and his memory will live on always.
