Robert William Goetzinger Sr. age 94 of Clinton Twp., passed away on August 14, 2012. He was born March 24, 1918 in Detroit Michigan and was the Husband of the late Delores F. (Robinson) Goetzinger. They were married for 71 wonderful years. Robert is survived by his children Robert W. Jr., Lawrence, Joyce (Gerald) Ellies, and James (Susan). He was the grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 5. He is also survived by his brother, Albert Goetzinger, sister June Alaimo and sister in law Carmen Goetzinger. Robert was very involved in his community devoting time to Parents Who Care and Boy Scouts of America. Visitation is Friday August 17, 2012 from 3-9pm at Resurrection Funeral Home 40800 Hayes Rd. Clinton Twp., MI 48038. He will be In state Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 9:30am until the time of mass at 10:00am At Our Lady Queen of All Saints 31740 Cyril Dr. Fraser MI, 48026.
