Robert Kudla

Robert Kudla, of Washington Twp., MI, passed away on July 23, 2017, at 70 years of age. Beloved father of Kim (Thomas) Gentz, Kandi Kudla, Kelli (Scott) Kulinski; proud grandfather of Kristofer Kudla, Brooke Gentz, Katelyn Kulinski, Kori Kudla, and Blake Gentz. Robert is also survived by his brothers Daniel Kudla Stanley (the late Susan) Kudla; and nephews Darin, Danny, and Dion Kudla. Robert was born in Detroit on August 22, 1946 to the late Stanley and Eleanor Kudla. He proudly retired from Ford in 2004 after over 40 years of loyal service. Robert enjoyed his retirement watching anything sport related, especially those based in Detroit and all of Michigan, scratching lotto tickets, wishing big on Keno, believing whole-heartedly in the numbers 13 and 47, and spending time with his family. A Celebration of Robert’s life will take place at 1:00pm on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Rd., Clinton Twp., MI. The family will greet friends from 10:30am until time of service. Interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Twp., MI.
