Robert R. Roude, age 84, passed away peacefully March 22, 2013 in Clinton Township, MI. He was born October 9, 1928 in Detroit, MI. He served in the US Army, and retired after 26 years employment from the Macomb Daily. He enjoyed square dancing and camping. He is survived by his wife Rita; children Linda, Ronald, and Laura (Dominic) Pupillo; grandchildren Michele (Erick), Jessica, Stephen (Sarah), Jonathan, and Michael. A memorial service with military honors will be scheduled Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Hope Community Church, 42259 Hayes Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48313. Memorials donations to the Henry Ford Hospice, 1 Ford Place, 5A, Detroit, MI 48202-3450 or to the family would be appreciated.
