Roger C. Anderson, age 80, of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family on February 8, 2023. He is the beloved husband of 58 years to Christine Anderson; Loving father of Roger C. Anderson Jr; Treasured grandfather of Daniel Anderson (Angela); Dear close friend of Debbie Youngblood; also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Roger was preceded in death by his siblings, Hazel R. Shell and Robert M. Anderson.
Roger will be remembered for great his sense of humor, as he always had a joke to share with others. He was also proud to have served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will take place on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 2-8 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, Michigan. The family will greet friends and family on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 9 AM, until time of funeral mass at 9:30 AM at St. Blasé Catholic Church, 12151 15 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
