Mom I can’t believe today is 6 years already that I had to say goodbye to you. I miss you so much everyday!! I don’t know if the pain or sadness will ever truly be gone. I’ve learned to go on with life but my heart will never be whole. I know you’re with Dad looking down and watching us all and that brings me happiness. You know the girls are married to great guys and Logan is such a doll. I know now why you loved being a grandma, it’s so great! I just wish you were here to share it all with me. Two more grand babies on the way I can’t believe it. I know you will watch over them Mom. Thank you my angel. I will keep thinking of you and dad everyday.  I love you with all my heart. Today marks your  6th Anniversary. You are terribly missed and loved. I bet you and Dad love being together once again.  You would be so thrilled to know that Brittany had a beautiful baby boy, he is such a wonderful addition to our family.

My sincere condolences to Ruby's family and friends.  Even though I haven't seen her for many, many years I recall her with much fondness and admiration.  May she rest in peace.

I will always remember her kindness and her so so sweet little smile.

Mom I am going to miss you so much. You weren’t only my mom, but my best friend  who I could always count on to be there for me or just to talk to everyday. Your positive and upbeat attitude  when I called you every morning on the way to work always made my day so much brighter. You were the best  wife,mom, grandma, and sister and most of all role model that anyone could ask for. You brought so much joy and laughter to everyone, especially our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! I will think of you always and love you forever and a day. God bless you my beautiful Mom. Tell Dad hi and I love and miss him so much too. I will forever miss my Aunt Ruby.  She was such a beautiful soul that touched so many that were blessed to meet her.  I will miss our conversations about our kids, life and families.   I will miss how she would always tell me how much I sounded like my Dad, and how we would talk and laugh and never skip a beat from our last conversation.  I am so grateful that I got to visit last year.  Seeing her, my cousins....the laughter and love is truly near and dear to my heart.

Mom you will be in my thoughts and prayers every day. I'm going to miss our conversations and all the meals you made for me. I'll miss watching TV with you and discussing news events. You added so much to my life and certainly made me a better man. You will always be in my heart. I couldn't ask for a better mom. Thank you so much for all of your help. I will miss you and love you always. 



I met Ruby in the early 1970's when her daughter Diane and I worked together at Burton Abstract & Title Company.  You couldn't help but like her the minute you met her.  Ruby had an infectious smile & laugh and an extraordinary sense of humor that made you want to be around her.  I remember Ruby being a woman of great faith.  I also remember how she loved to read and over the years accumulated a very large collection of books, all kept in orderly fashion, thus making her lovingly referred to as the "Little Librarian".  Let's not forget her fun shopping dates with the girls and that wonderful assortment of hats she wore.

Ruby will be missed by all who knew her and will forever remain in our hearts and minds.

I first met Ruby when I was 16 years old.  ( I was lucky enough to have a date with her daughter, Diane) She was  so gracious and had a fun sense of humor. She made me feel at ease and joked about those first date jitters with her daughter.  (if I remember correctly there were  a few warnings too!!)  Ruby came back into my life  50 years later in 2015 when Diane and I started dating again.  I found these last 3 years to be great fun swapping stories with Ruby. She was still as gracious as ever and had maintained her sense of humor. We would visit often and after every visit I left laughing and thought that she should  have written a book of short stories. I will miss her and I am sure she has them laughing in Heaven.

I was lucky enough to meet Ruby last Thanksgiving.  She was a true character, and I only wish I knew her longer.  My condolences to all of her beloved family.
