Sally Jo Durzo

Sally Jo Durzo, age 85, went to be with the angels on January 31, 2022 with Diana and Terrence Green at her side. Sally found her forever home with the Lord after a happy, fulfilled life. She was predeceased by her son Victor Miller, her daughter Karen Spangenberg, as well as her parents and siblings.

She was the dear mother of Diana (Terrence) Green, Joseph (Dorothy) Miller, and daughter in law Charlene Miller. She was the proud Granny of Joe (Crystal) Miller, Samantha Green (Matt Miller), Jamie (Matt) Mullen, Eric Green, Richard Miller, Charles Miller, Justin Spangenberg, Andrew (Abbey) Miller, Phil Miller, and Sarah Smith. Her “Little People” include Ty, Eleanor, Makayla, Margaret, Haley, Vivian, Heath, Maven, and Adeline.

Besides her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sally was an active member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Her interests included golf, bridge, and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 9:30am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights. Friends may visit church on Saturday beginning at 9am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the American Cancer Society and St. Michael Catholic Community.
