Sonja Ann Ferguson, age 87, of Warren, Michigan passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025. Sonja enjoyed being a wife, mother, sister and homemaker. She had an amazing green thumb, gardening flowers, vegetables and fruits and could cook, bake or can the fruits of her home labors to share with family and friends. Sonja also enjoyed the company and companionship of many dogs and cats over the years. She will be greatly missed.
Sonja is survived by her children; Rick (Janice), Ron, Randy (Tina) and Sonja; sisters Carole Wilson and Yvonne Welton; and granddaughter Ashley and 1 great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Richard Ferguson.
