Steve "Gustaf" "Gus" "Staf" Renders, age 82, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014. Loving husband of the late Cornelia Renders. Beloved father of Patricia (Michael) Pfaendtner and John (Ruth) Renders. Caring grandfather of Joel (Sara) Pfaendtner, Trevor Pfaendtner, Sean Renders, and Daniel Renders. Great-grandfather to Grace Pfaendtner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise and Louis Renders; and by his brother, Jeff Renders.
Steve was a proud veteran of the Belgian military.
A memorial visitation will take place Friday, March 14, at Resurrection Funeral Home: 40800 Hayes Rd, Clinton Twp, MI, from 2 – 6 p.m. with a memorial service at 6 p.m.
