Sue C. Spencer

Dr. Sue C. Spencer, age 85, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Sue was the loving wife of Robert Spencer for 39 years. The dear sister of Patrick (Christine) Hahn, and the late Bob Hahn. Dear Sister-In-Law to Ramona Hahn. The cherished Aunt of Elizabeth Hahn, Bill Hahn, Amy Hahn, Mike (Lizzy) Spencer, Carol (Marlin) Scurti, and Kathy Spencer. Sue is also survived by her beloved cats Gracie and Winston, and her dear friends.

Sue was a chemistry teacher at Cranbrook Schools in Bloomfield Hills, MI and head of their science department. She was a classical pianist and a violinist. She loved nature, and she was a world traveler. She enjoyed river rafting, skydiving, and she was a leader of Outward Bound. She was an avid reader, played Boggle, and a was member of Mensa group.

A visitation for Sue will be held Monday, March 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road in Clinton Township.
