Thomas John Pozniak, age 73, passed away at home April 29, 2015. He was born December 12, 1941 in Detroit. He was a Detroit Policeman in his early 20’s. Family members said he enjoyed playing his saxophone and playing golf. He is survived by his wife Genevieve “Jenny”, his children John (Mary) and the late Lillian and Michael. He was the grandfather to Derrek and Devan Ritch, and Dylan Pozniak. Visitation will be Sunday 2-8:00 pm, with a rosary at 6:00 pm at Resurrection Funeral Home 40800 Hayes, Clinton Township, MI 48038. A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 am at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14085 E. 14 Mile, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. Additional visitation at the church 9:30-10:00 am
