My condolences to sister Hitchcock's family.  She will be greatly missed.  I am very thankful to Jehovah that I was able to spend time with sister Hitchcock just before her passing.  ❤️

This day she was sitting at the table in the kitchen reading her mail. She glanced over at me and said “what you do’n over there man” ?🤣🤣🤣 She was not in the mood for no picture’s, but she tolerated my foolishness. Ever since I was a little bitty boy I remember all of the Book of Bible stories her and my aunt would read to me. Even when she had come to pick me up from school and had my little brother with her. He was playing too much and ended up getting beat the rest of the way to the house. The school performances to hear me sing. Before I went to school up north, I had came home to Grand daddy in the bathroom doing his hair with that Murray’s and giving me traveling money and you packing up all that good ol fried chicken. When I boarded the Greyhound bus and you came with me. As you left you looked back and said “see you later Man” ! My wedding reception you were there. Shechinah Flower’s baby shower you were there. You truly were an active parent to me and I am so grateful for that. If there is one thing I can say with full confidence about my mother ie grandmother is she loved everybody for real. Unconditionally. You can’t miss with that attribute ! You’ll please God every time and I truly believe He is pleased with the type of woman she was. 💛

Grandma V was a loving and beautiful lady, she was very inviting.  This wonderful lady was pure love, and it shows in the beautiful family she raised. We will miss her and keep her family in our thoughts and prayers.
