Those who knew Vera will surely remember her many beautiful freehand drawings. Many may have one of her gorgeous doilies or a newborn sweater and crib blanket that she had crocheted for them.
Vera loved music and would often have music playing in the house. Her children grew up listening to her sing along with the radio and especially to Elvis songs.
Her love of flowers and gardening showed in her many houseplants and bountiful backyard filled with some of her favorite flowers and most favored roses and daisies.
If you had the chance to visit with Vera, you most likely played a game of Yahtzee, Euchre, or Boggle with her.
Vera was also an avid lover of animals. Throughout the years, she had many family animals including strays that she would take in.
Vera is survived by her children: Renee (Keith) Brandt and Joseph A. Vroman; grandchildren: Denise (Joe) Zanke, Tina (Brandon) Wunderlich, Ashley Lee, Andrew (Megan) Brandt, and Adam (Jess) Brandt; and five great-grandchildren.
Vera is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Vroman, and her grandson, Anthony Zayti.
To honor Vera’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
We will always carry her love for us, and her memory, in our hearts.
