Vince and I played on Emerson Street in Detroit as kids. At first we both lived on Emerson as well. We stayed friends for most of our lives and he will be missed. I was out of the country when he passed and only found out today. I will always have found memories of our times to gather as kids.

Uncle Vince, you were truly one in a million uncle. You always had a great story to share. I have so many great memories with you  that I'm very thankful for. I still take your great free spirited advice too. I'm going to truly miss you. I'm very thankful for the way you always made your nieces and nephews feel loved and important  and treated us all the same rather you saw us once a week or once a year. Love you and miss you until we meet again. Love your niece, Rosemarie

A final goodbye to Vinnie my friend for many,many years. Vinnie lived with me off and on when both of us were going through life changes back in the late 80's . We depended on one another for friendship and had some  hilarious times together. I haven't seen him much for the past couple years, but will never forget our times together and will always remember him as "Vinnie" my friend.

I'll never forget Vince trying to get me to invest in Mario's Magic Muffins!  For some reason he thought probation officers had a lot of money.  Wrong! The memories we have.

RIP Vince’s Weenie Wagon!!!  You were such a great guy with Visions no one could ever know, but you sure did!!  You were such a fun loving guy who constantly told of his latest brain storms  to become rich!   Your laugh was like no other, but it sure made you giggle all along!  You will be truly missed Vince, but at least we have all the fun laughing memories to remember you by!!  Hugs Vince and see you in a few MANY several years!

Uncle  Vinny taught me a lot!!!  He brought me to Midland Texas in 1980 when I was  17 years old.  Vince secured A multi million dollar condominium complex contract, and  was subcontracted to restore the entire complex.  The crew was compiled of his nephew Brad and a lot of other strong young michiganders that were Brads  High school friends..   H summoned me from Florida by calling my parents and asking if they would be willing to let me come help them out.  They said yes and the rest is history, He taught me how to paint which to this day I am still in the painting business, Ive been in the business for over 30 years and am doing very well because of his painting talent and his teaching skills, I love him very much and I'm going to miss him.

Vinnie and I met at Father Nolkie's cottage up near Metro Beach. I would guess we were around 12 years old. I was in a small row boat in the canal and he was leaning on a pylon trying to see down the canal when it broke and he went into the canal. I'm glad he could swim. I was laughing so hard I couldn't move to save him. 
  Despite his eccentricities we had a long friendship with many laughs. There were some down times when his senses left him but it didn't last long. I loved the guy above everything and I will miss him dearly.  I always tried to share my Christian beliefs with him while he was chasing all the other beliefs you could think of. Finally toward the end he settled in to believing in the true God of Creation. I pray he found Jesus and called out to Him that day.
My fondest hope is that I will see him in eternity with the Savior. 
Rest in peace my dear friend. I'll see you when I get there. 
   We are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

I remember coming over to grandpa joes at the trailer park to cook and eat breakfast with us when i would spend the night there. RIP Uncle

Thank you for so many memories. Thank you books that had secret notes and secret cash in them. Thank you for loving me for how wild my mind was as a kid. Thank you for calling me to tell me you had pool tournaments in random places and that you were going to come embarrass me if they were close by. I love you for your wild mind and crazy stories. I will forever hold each book and poem you gave me throughout the years in every home I am in. Rest in all the peace and power. 

Vinnie had a personality like no other. He was funny and aloof and even though he was eccentric it made him interesting. 

I Remember the watch alarm he would set when visiting so he would not over extended his welcome.   He loved being a minimalist. I enjoyed my last visit with him several years ago in Mi. We had some great conversations that day.   Take care Vince you will always be a smile on my face when I think of you. 

I have too many memories to post about “Vinnie” , but mostly all the holidays and Sunday dinners we shared . RIP Vinnie you will always be remembered & missed not only by me , but my kids who thought of you as their  next best thing to their grandpa .
