Vincenzo J. Fonte, age 94 of Sterling Heights, Michigan passed away on September 21, 2023. He was the beloved husband for 57 years to Pina Fonte; Loving father of Anna Lesch (Jeffrey); Cherished Nono of Marissa Lesch, Nicholas Lesch, and Sabrina Lesch.
Vincenzo was most well-known around Sterling Heights as “Vince” or “Jimmy” Fonte. He loved his job driving a truck for Chrysler, enjoyed shopping, particularly at local based businesses, and he cherished the time he spent with his family, particularly his grandkids. Vincenzo was loved by all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11 AM at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gleaners Food Bank or Forgotten Harvest. Memories and condolences may be shared with his family at resurrectionfuneralhome.com
