Virginia Joyce Walsh

Virginia Joyce Walsh, of Eastpointe, passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age off 88. Beloved wife of John for 66 years; adored mother of Deborah (Mike) Bown, Regina Smiley, Colleen (Gary) Staniec, Joan (Mark) Adamo, Patty (Mike) Barrett, Maureen (Bob) Carter, Laurie Ashbeck, Diane (Dan) Currier, and Dennis (Jackie) Walsh; proud grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 8; dear sister of Paul Harmon, and Julie Harmon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Alma Harmon, and brother Robert Harmon.

The family will greet friends from 3:00pm-9:00pm with a 7:00pm Rosary Service on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 22851 Lexington Ave., Eastpointe. In State from 9:30am until time of service. Interment at 11:00am on Thursday, February 14 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan. Please meet at office by 10:45am.
