Virginia Elizabeth Wroblewski

Virginia Elizabeth Wroblewski "Grandma Ginger", age 94 of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away on February 20, 2020. She was born on March 15, 1925, in Hamtramck, Michigan to the proud parents of Michael and Elizabeth Les. Virginia is the beloved wife to the late Arthur Wroblewski and together they raised 4 children. Virginia is the loving mother to Sharon (Daniel) Wiet, Arthur (Deborah) Wroblewski, Debra (Robert) Evans, and Denise (Jiulio) Sebastiani. She is the cherished grandmother of Aaron Wroblewski, Robert (Elaine) Evans, Kate (Walid) Alhassan, Justin Wiet, Kevin Wiet, Mark Sebastiani, and Megan Sebastiani. Virginia is great-grandmother to Aidan, Nadia, Jack Wiet and Robin Evans. She is the dear sister of Henrietta Wilk. Virginia is predeceased by her brothers Henry, Walter, Frank and sister Helen. Virginia will be missed by many family and friends. Virginia retired from Macomb County and pursued her passion of tapdancing in her later years. She also enjoyed being a volunteer in the gift shop at McLaren Hospital and playing slot machines at MGM. Virginia loved interacting and being social with all people. Family will receive friends on Friday February 28, 2020, beginning at 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am, at Resurrection Funeral Home 40800 Hayes Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or to St. Jude Children's Fund.
