Bill was the beloved husband for 69 years of Henrietta Angelo; loving father of Karen (Jack) Stringfield; devoted grandfather of Deana (Steven) St. Romain and Kirsten Moore; and dear brother of Laura Scherer, the late Richard Angelo, and the late Mary Pascoe.
Bill was very proud to be a WWII U.S. Army Veteran. He worked at Borg-Warner for 49 years and was a UAW member for many years. Bill loved to tell stories and jokes to anyone who would listen. He also loved spending his time playing cards. He was a rummy extraordinaire.
Bill’s life will be celebrated by family and friends and his memory will live on always. The family will be trying to plan a memorial in September. Please check back for updates.
