Bill was my brother by marriage to my sister, Brenda. He stood by her side, cared for her, even at the expense of shortening his life. He loved her! She loved him! And he was my brother because of this. He had a smile and a laugh that would light up a room. And when he talked about my sister years after her passing, it almost seemed "little hearts" would flutter out of his eyes. They are and were a true love story. May their stars light up the sky always! 💞

Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that we feel for the passing of Mr. Bill, but please accept our condolences and know your family is in our prayers.
Mr. Bill was like grandfather to our youngest granddaughter, little Guinevere and a father to dear Stephen. Thank you Mr. Bill for sharing your love with our family, and your country.
May God rest your soul in peace.
