

Bill obtained a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and a Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas. Along the way, he joined the Marines and fought in Korea.
Bill began his working career at Roseville, teaching math and coaching football. A summer job turned into a full time job and Bill rose to the director of the H.C.M.A.
Mr. Sherman leaves behind his wife of 60 years, JoAnne, and four children; Dorothy Sherman of Brooklyn, NY, William Joseph (Andrew Fraser) Sherman of Seattle, WA, Mary (Don) Zerafa, Anne (John) Medovarsky; five grandchildren Stephanie (Jonathan) Wickersham, Anthony and Joseph Zerafa, John and Peyton Medovarsky and one great-grandchild Anthony Wickersham.
Visitation Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 3-8pm at Kaul Funeral Home 35201 Garfield, Clinton Township. Funeral Friday, April 24, 2015 at 10am at the funeral home.
