Barbara and her husband Robert Myers spent many happy years together. They just celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on September 10th, 2020.
Barbara loved spending time with family and she simply adored her two grandsons, Keegan and Carson! She also really enjoyed playing tennis and she and her husband enjoyed traveling together. She enjoyed shopping and is very well known for this by all of her friends and family. She was so thoughtful and generous. She had so many amazing friends and loved going to see movies with them. She was always the first to try any new restaurant in town and tell everyone about it, she was quick witted, and she was always impeccably dressed!
During her 25 years at Dry Creek Elementary School, she adored all of the students and staff. She knew all of the families and remembered their names.
We, her family, would also like to thank the amazing staff at Somerford Place for taking such good care of Barbara!
Barbara is survived by her husband, Robert L. Myers; son Robert L. Myers, Jr.; and daughter Janna L. Myers; sister Marlys Williams (Mike); grandchild Keegan Bloom and grandchild Carson Pollard.
Barbara was preceded in death by father Robert Carr and mother Lucille Carr; brother Rob Carr.
A Graveside Service for Barbara will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
