Barbara is survived by her husband, Charles E. Newton; son Charles E. Newton, Jr.; son David Newton; and son Jeremy Newton; brother Carl Elkins. Barbara will also be lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren, Ashleigh, Callie, J. and Kennedy and her 1 great-grandchild Cody Jr.
