Charlotte Ann Rice, age 75, of Clovis, California passed away on Monday July 15, 2019. Charlotte was born May 23, 1944 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Everett Rice; daughter Velma Howe; daughter Sheila Lafferty; and son-in-law Rick Lafferty; grandchild Jared Rice, granddaughter in-law Ashley Rice, grandchild Samantha Howe, grandchild Jodie Howe, grandchild Dillon Howe, great grandchild Haylie Rice, great grandchild Taelynn Rice and great grandchild Levi Rice.

A Celebration of Life for Charlotte will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
