We are all missin' you homie.  I, for one am having a hard time still believing that you are already gone.  You treated me like family when we hanging out together...and I never got around to learn that ukalele with you like I wanted to. He shined a beautiful light on everyone that he encountered. We are all lucky to have known him, to have encountered such a big heart. He loved everyone, and that was enough for him. Although it's hard to know that we won't see him again, we have to remember what he gave to us, what he brought us. Because that is something special, that will forever live on in our hearts. Not many people touch so many hearts as Corey has. I am grateful, to have been standing in his path of life, to receive some of his light. He had a beautiful soul, and that is so aparent by how many people will miss him. He will live on in our hearts! I will never forget him, and I know no one else will. Remember how happy he was, he would want us to remember how good he was, how wonderful, what he gave us, and not be sad for him not being here. We live on with his memory. He is forever in our hearts, Love.

Corey was one of the most kind and free spirited guys I have ever meet, even in my world wide travels. He will be greatly missed until the next time. He lived a great live and was very happy and I never saw him other wise. I am very very sorry for your loss and I am sure we will meet with him again! I am so sad to know I lost one of my friends I've known since elementary school. You inspired me to want to be a better musician. I remember when I was first learning to play guitar 11 years ago how I'd sit and watch you play, and it made me want to be a better musician. We had so many good times growing up, and I'll always remember hanging out with you and the crew down by the river at my aunt and uncles house. Although our lives went different directions, I'll always remember the awesome, (sometimes reckless, but boys will be boys)  things we did. I don't know if you heard man, but I moved up to Humboldt for school and to be with my brother and mom. I know you loved it up here. So much time has gone past since we saw each other last, and I'm so sorry for that. I think the last time was in Fresno and I was eating at Baja Fresh at RP, and I just happened to see you walk by with your dog in the god awful 100 degree weather and I gave you a ride over to Dustin's house. I'll always remember your free spirited nature and your shaggy hair, going wherever the wind takes you. I love you man. One day we'll meet again and run-a-muck like old times. Until then, I'll keep you in my heart and soul and think of you every time I'm out in the forest with the redwoods, or hiking along the beach and mountains of Humboldt County. Rest in Peace brother. Love you
