Danny Rendino

Danny was a friendly, fun loving man who enjoyed socializing and spending time with his friends. Danny was born August 28, 1943, in Fresno, Ca. to Mike and Betty Rendino. He passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at the age of 68 surrounded by his family and friends after a tragic accident. He graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended Fresno City College and California State University, Fresno. Danny worked in sales all his life, most recently as a Industrial/Ag Packing Consultant for Unisource Supply. Danny enjoyed golf and recently developed an interest in classic cars including his 1960 Chevy Impala that he planned to drive to his upcoming class reunion. Danny loved giving parties and going to parties. He loved his friends and making new friends. He was an avid San Francisco 49er fan and a Giants fan. He loved tailgating at Fresno State football games. He loved seeing and talking to the friends that he met each week in his many breakfast and lunch groups. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and a smile that lit up every room. Danny was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Alice, Toni, and Margie; and his brothers, Nick and Mike. He is survived by his niece Kimberly Rendino; nephew Nick Rendino, Jr.; sister-in-law Faye Rendino; and an extended family of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Throughout his life Danny made countless friends and he treasured each and every one of them. Visitation will be held at Boice Funeral Home on Monday, July 30, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at New Harvest Church, 698 N. Minnewawa, Clovis, Ca. on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 10:30 a.m.
