George is survived by his wife, Carolyn Powell; daughter Monica Leah Huber; daughter Janice Sales; step-daughter Cynthia Jean Sanders; and step-daughter Carol Alison Moon. George will also be lovingly remembered by his 12 grandchildren and his 14 great-grandchildren..
A church service for George will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, 1880 Gettysburg Avenue, Clovis, California 93611.
A committal service will occur Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W. McCabe Road, Santa Nella, California 95322.
Serving as pallbearers are Michael Seals, Rusty Moon, Greg Cook and Cordell Moon.
