Harold Dean Higgins, age 81, of Clovis, California passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Harold was born November 24, 1939 in Paragould, Arkansas.

Harold is survived by his wife, Lora Higgins; his son Randy Bankston (Jenna); his daughter Jennifer Higgins.

Harold also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A Graveside Service for Harold will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Avenue, Fresno, California 93706.
