James is survived by; daughter Julia Free; son James Hodge; daughter Janis Killion; and daughter Jill Monaco. James will also be lovingly remembered by his 7 grandchildren and his 16 1/2 great-grandchildren.
James was a Pearl Harbor survivor, and he was formerly a member of the Yountville Elks Lodge.
A Graveside Military Honors for James will be held Friday, June 15, 2018 from 1:30 AM to 2:00 PM at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Memorial Drive, San Diego, California 92106.
