James is survived by his daughter Kristin Capps (Eric); his step son Michael Barrios (Cynthia Ramirez); his step son Adam Vega (Brittney Vega); and his step daughter Amanda Cluff (Colson Cluff); his granddaughter Madalynn Capps, his granddaughter Lillian Capps, his step grandchild Brittney, his step grandchild Little Michael, his step grandchild Josh, his step grandchild Ethan, his step grandchild Triston, his step grandchild Breanna, his step grandchild Gabriel, his step grandchild Aubrey and his step grandchild Andrew.

A Memorial Service for James will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
