Katherine Byrd AKA Marjorie Katherine Byrd was born in Texas in 1924. She was 91 years young. She was as beautiful inside as she was outside. Her ability to make you feel special just by being in her presence was one of many qualities she possessed. Her smile and laughter filled your heart with joy. She was loved deeply and will be missed. She was a devout Christiain and attended the Church of Christ all her life. She had a variety of careers in her lifetime including in retail, as a hairdresser and a Tax Examiner at the IRS for 25 years. She loved working, finally retiring well into her 70's. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had 4 daughters. She leaves behind 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. Words could never express how missed she will be until we can be reunited with loved ones for eternity in Heaven.
