Linda Marie Hawkyard, born on June 18, 1959, in Fresno, California, passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 66. Linda was a resident of Clovis, California, and was known for being hard-working and honest.
Linda's career was marked by her dedication and entrepreneurial spirit. She worked in a variety of roles, beginning with a house cleaning business. She was hired by her Aunt Joyce at Randrup's Fire Restoration and was involved with Bio Clean, a company started by Randrup. Linda also worked as a secretary at Imperial Glass. From 2014 to 2021, she was the owner, operator, and sole employee of United Janitorial Service.
Linda is survived by her husband, Scott Hawkyard, and her daughter, Charlie Fowler. Her surviving siblings include her brother, Tom Bunch, and her sister, Sharon Hendrix. She is also survived by her niece, Jamie, and her nephew, Andrew. Her uncles, Bob Young and Charles Young, also remain.
Linda's parents, John and Grace Young, and her brother, Frank Bunch, predeceased her.
Linda was a resident of Clovis, California. She had three pet dogs: Rocky, Bella, and Gracie.
Linda was a dog lover and trainer. She loved many things including gardening and watering her flowers, smelling puppies, the rain and being outside in nature. She would sneak out in the morning to watch the rabbit.
She was always surrounded by her friends and loved to help them out as needed. She loved to host and entertain her friends. They thought of her as "wonder woman" and loved to attend whatever gathering or event she hosted.
Linda was very crafty and loved to paint and quilt. But most importantly, she loved to take good care of her husband, Scott.
Linda will be remembered at a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hawkyard Residence.
