I started at Clark in 1973.  Very soon Mary and I connected.  Fond memories of smoking in bookstorage room at the end of C wing!  Many lunches after retirement!  Indian Ed trip to San Francisco!  She will be missed.❤️Prayers to her children.

I began my teaching career as a partner with Mary in teaching Home Economics at Clark Intermediate School. She was knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful to me.  She was forgiving of mistakes I made, and a great mentor. Mary was wonderful with students, always cheerful and, ready to laugh and make class fun and productive. Mary was a blessing to those around her, and  I feel especially blessed to share those teaching years with her. 

Mary Ross was a good friend to my mother and we looked forward to seeing her at the Clovis Senior Activity Center.  She will be missed.  Rest in Peace Mary.  

Mrs. Ross was my Home Ec teacher at Clark in 1977. I remember her smile and the joy she had for her job. I knew she liked us kids and enjoyed imparting her knowledge to us.  My prayers go out to her family for God’s peace.

I was a troublemaker in her younger years being ten years younger. 
She left Minnesota after graduating from Mankato State and teaching two years in Round Lake, MN.
After that it was a few visits out there  and her coming back to Minnesota. 
I visited with Mary, Catherine and Tom when I was passing through CA about 3-4 years ago. She had that wonderful smile that I will remember. Gloria was with husband Randy having surgery. 
In the last months Catherine when she was with Mary we would FaceTime, I looked forward to those times even though they got harder. 


Mary. I will miss you more than you know.  I think you knew how much I  loved you!
We met 12 years ago and boy did time fly. You made me feel so welcome from the minute Tom introduced us and I came to love you very quickly.
You were so easy to get along  with and very funny! Full of stories  to tell!  I will miss our talks and all the neighborhood gossip, I will  miss your help doing the 
business books and taxes, I will miss our many visits and eating out.  You always made me laugh just like Tom does. Mostly I think I  will miss your just listening to me,  you were a dear friend and a good listener and I was grateful to have you in my life. You touched my heart Mary and I enjoyed every minute of our time together ❤️
