Michael George Golden

Michael George Golden, age 79, passed on September 24, 2026. He was born on April 5, 1947 in Boise, Idaho to Alven and Georgina Golden. He was a resident of Clovis, California and passed away in Fresno, California.

Michael was preceded in death by his wife Lynn. Michael was the second child of Alven and Georgina Golden of Clovis. Michael is survived by his children Christopher and Alison, daughter in law Sonja, granddaughter Kaleah and his sister Kathleen Morgenstern along with nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Michael grew up in Clovis, attended Clovis High School and Fresno State University, graduating with a Criminology degree. Michael worked the majority of his career in criminal investigations with the State of California. Michael was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity, the Clovis Lions club and the British car club of Fresno. Michael was a lifelong sports lover and enthusiastically supported the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants and Golden state Warriors.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, California 93612, on November 14, 2026, at 10:00 am.
