Michael is survived by his son Scott Trafton (Jackie); his daughter Stacy Wright; his son Zak Trafton (Sarah); and his daughter Katie Fett (Steven); Mike had 10 Grandchildren; Baylen Trafton, Brandon Stryder, Peyton Edwards, Jacob Wright, Jacqueline Trafton, Quinn Wright, Christopher Trafton, Jory Wright, Emma Trafton, Luke Trafton, and 2 Great-Grandchildren; Gayson Edwards and Ryder Trafton.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents David & Patricia Trafton.
Mike was a General Contractor & a Certified Remodeler for 42 years here in the valley. One of his proudest professional achievements was when Trafton Builders was named one of the “Big 50” Top 50 Remodelers In The Nation by Qualified Remodelers Magazine.
Mike has been a member of the Bass Lake Lions Club, the Bass Lake Volunteer Fire Departments Auxiliary & the Fresno Cycling Club. Mike loved motorcycle riding, surfing, bicycling, boating, Bass Lake, 4th of July & Christmas.
The greatest love of Mike's life was his 4 children. Scott, Stacy, Zak & Katie were his proudest personal achievements. He loved to spend as much time with them as he could. But, a very close 2nd to them was his 10 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren who he loved dearly. Mikes children & grandchildren all reflect the very best parts of him & he couldn’t brag enough about them.
