I had the opportunity to work with Nancy at Big Creek School. She was a Speech Pathologist like myself and branched out to being a very dedicated teacher and more to Big Creek Elementary. I am so saddened to hear about her passing; such a wonderful lady full of energy and love towards the children that she served. Prayers and love to her family!

Nancy was one of the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met.  Her grace and elegance was constantly present whether she was working or socializing.  As a peer in the therapy world, our paths crossed many times over many years.  Big Creek was so fortunate to have her as a resident as well as educator.  I saw Nancy last in Oakhurst, and though she never mentioned her own health,  she was concerned about MY loss (the Mission Fire North Fork) which had consumed our home.  She extended care and concern, when she could have easily been consumed by her own issues.  Now, if that is not true Christian love,,,, well  she was emersed in the love of Jesus.  I am sure that He welcomed her to her new home in Heaven with a special hug.
