Peggy is survived by her daughter Vonnie Jean Morse; her daughter Debra Mae Douhan; and her daughter Shawna Lee O'Connor; her grandchild Chad William Risenhoover, her grandchild Heath Daniel Stoebling, her grandchild Jamie Lyn Stoebling, her grandchild Meghan Amber Ware, her grandchild Kaylee Nicole O'Connor, her great grandchild Stephanie Risenhoover, her great grandchild Cassidy Risenhoover, her great grandchild Zachary Risenhoover, her great grandchild Jacob Stoebling, her great grandchild Alice Pickelsimon, her great grandchild Lane Marshall Wisharm, her great grandchild Karter Marie, her great grandchild Bradley Risenhoover, her great grandchild Riley Risenhoover, her great grandchild Kayla Stoebling, her great grandchild Jared Stoebling, her great grandchild Lexi Danielle O'Connor and her great grandchild Thomas Allen Cooper Jr..

Peggy was preceded in death by her 1st husband Vonnie Dean "Diz" Wisenhunt; her son-in-law Paul Douhan; her father Tony Cox and her mother Mary Alice Cox; her sister Gladys Cox-Dickey; her brother Tony Leroy Cox Jr. and her sister-in-law Carol Cox; her grandchild Brittany Marie O'Connor, and her nephew Tony Leroy Cox III.

A Visitation for Peggy will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.

Following the Visitation will be a Graveside Service at 1:30 p.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
