Rachel Diane Mele

Rachel Diane Mele, age 104, of Modesto, California entered into rest on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Rachel was born September 17, 1917 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rachel is survived by her daughter Diane D. Leonardo (Gerald); her daughter Shirley Carroll (Dennis); and her daughter Patricia Britzke (Gary). Rachel was preceded in death by her husband John. Rachel also leaves 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren to cherish her memory. A Funeral service for Rachel will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 929 Harvard Avenue, Clovis, California 93612. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 10:30 a.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
