Sara Ellen Cozzi

Born in Pasadena, California to Sanford G. and Dorothy Joy Evans, she was the youngest of 5 children. She attended California Polytechnic College, Pomona, and worked as an administrative assistant for the City of Clovis, and in the health care industry.

Sara was known for her spicy wit and generous nature. She dedicated her life to Christ, and through her testimony, helped others to come to Him.

She is survived by her daughters, Kristin Sheehan and Robyn Nearn, sister, Joy Siddiqi, and John Devere, her nephew whom she raised from a young age. She is survived by eight grandchildren and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first great-grandchild.

Sara was preceded in death by her husband Rex Cozzi, and her brothers Sanford Evans Jr., Paul McCormick, and Peter McCormick.

A Celebration of life will be held at The Well Community Church at a later date.
