Sheron Juanita Fernandez Lopez (Treadway), 76, of Fresno, California, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026. Born on January 8, 1950, in Selma, California, She was the daughter of Lloyd and Juanita Treadway and sister to Dean Treadway.
Sheron had a magnetic personality—vivacious, witty, and bold, she lit up every room she entered. Her energy and confidence carried her through life’s adventures and inspired those privileged to know her. Sheron pursued her education in cosmetology, a field that allowed her to express her creativity and connect with others. She found joy in helping people look and feel their best. After starting her family, she was fortunate to stay in the home to raise her 2 children before entering back into the workforce and beginning her career in Office Management.
Sheron had many passions that reflected her zest for life. In her younger years, she was a talented majorette, swimmer, and diver—always happiest near the water. Dancing was one of her lifelong joys, a reflection of her lively spirit. Later in life, she found peace in crochet, often crafting lovingly made blankets for her family, and in reading, where she could journey anywhere through the pages of a good book. Her love for the ocean remained constant, offering her serenity and inspiration throughout her years.
Sheron is survived by her son, Greg Little; her daughter Leslie Glenn and husband Jonathan; her grandchildren, Cameron Little, Calvin Glenn and Logan Glenn; brother Dean Treadway (Susan), nephew Matthew Treadway and niece Elisabeth Treadway; her chosen family, Tresea Socie, Andrew and Brittany Oxford and son Logan, Ryan and Abigail Oxford and son Lincoln; her beloved “babies” Kekoa and Leilani. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Juanita Treadway. Her family and friends will remember her for her warmth, strength, and spirited nature,-a woman who lived life entirely on her own terms-leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter that will endure in the hearts of all who knew her.
There will be no formal service at Sheron’s request. In her memory, donations may be made to the Marjaree Mason Center, supporting the well-being and empowerment of others—an endeavor she wholeheartedly endorsed.
Her light lives on in those she loved and the many lives she touched.
