Kristi....I'm so so sorry to hear about your mom passing.  I just heard today. I worked with your Mom at Sierra Nut House.  Your mom was a very special      lady thoughtful caring and fun!!  Those grandkids ment the   world to Shirlee and she just   loved it when you brought them by the Nut House for a visit.   I'm still in shock that she is  gone...she was such a wonderful person!! She will  truly be missed.  I lost my  husband just 8 months ago to cancer...so I know how difficult  it is in dealing with the loss of the ones you  love so dearly.  Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.

I am sorry to hear about your mom.  She was a wonderful person.  I always enjoyed talking to her at basketball games, or at the Grad. Studies office.  Hope that fond memories will bring you and your family peace during this difficult time, and hope it helps to know that I'm thinking of you...

Christy I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Diane told me.  She knew me my entire life as she worked at the CHP office here in fresno with my dad, Ernie Berry.  She would go out  to dinner with my parents Jeanne and Ernie . They adored her. She was a very special person in their lives and was very special to me as well. She will be dearly missed. Shirlee helped my daughter,  Mikayla get a job at Sierra nut house. We all loved her. She was a fantastic friend to all of us. Be strong sweetie.

I met Shirlee at Fresno State. She would visit our office, that was just around the corner from hers. I could always count on a good story, and lots of laughs. Having her as a bunco buddy was sure to make a lively night! And the monthly dinners we all gathered for were more special when she shared her 'fav' restaurants. She's gone to soon, but never forgotten. We are all blessed to call her a friend.
