Theresa is survived by her daughters, Lydia Sedano, Dilia Long, and Christina Cantu (Alex); her son, Anthony Cardenas; her sisters, Emily Martinez and Mary Castillo; and her brothers, Ruben De La Cruz and Victor De La Cruz.

She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Cardenas, Sr.; and her son, Daniel Cardenas, Jr.

Theresa resided in Fresno, California.
