Thomas is survived by his wife, Phyllis Belew; daughter Faith Danielle Richmond; son-in-law Jim Richmond; and daughter Heather Gonzalez; sister Jane Wylie; great grandchild Jacob Thomas Richmond and grandchild Liam David Richmond.
A memorial service for Thomas will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Clovis Hills Community Church, 10590 N Willow Ave, Clovis, California 93619-9133.
