Wilbur Richard Kinsey, age 82, of Auberry, California eneterd into rest on Friday, January 22, 2021. Wilbur was born May 19, 1938 in Lackawanna, New York.

Wilbur is survived by daughter Pam Ramsey (Brent); daughter Cindy Stock (Denny); son Martin Kinsey (Dana); son Jared Kinsey (Shelly); and daughter Laura Backus (Michael).

Wilbur also leave behind 14 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.
