Born in Clarkesville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Harve and Parilee Hooper Kastner.
Willene proudly worked for Clovis Unified School District for twenty years.She was a member of the Clovis Hills Community Church where she also served as chairperson for “Women on a Mission”, which is a small group of ladies who raised money for Jenness Park Christian Camp in Cold Springs, CA.
She is survived by two sons, Mike Quiring, and Tony (Lori) Quiring; two grandchildren, Sara (Chris) Abraugh, and Lisa (Nick) Grillo; two great grandchildren, Sam Grillo, and Dominick Grillo; and one sister, Kathleen (Carl) Hoot.
In addition to her parents, Willene was preceded in death by her sister, Murlene Mantooth, and her brothers, Lewis Kastner, Ernest “Rooster” Kastner Sr., and Clyde Kastner.
A Visitation for Willene will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
Following the Visitation will be a Graveside Service at 11:00 a.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 N. Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
